A different method of preparing soup.
Ingredients:
3 cups water
3 medium potatoes, cubed
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Transfer to an ungreased oven proof baking dish.
3. Cover and bake at 350F for l 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
