This is very good as a side dish or with oatmeal or even poured over ice cream.
Ingredients:
4 large bananas
1 small carton vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon margarine
1 cup cashews
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup raisins
juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise then place in a greased baking dish and dot with margarine.
3. Mix honey and lemon juice together and spread over bananas.
4. Put dish in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot with yogurt.
