Baked Banana Oat Bars

Sweetened by only dried fruit and fresh banana, but feel free to add any sweeteners of your choice. No added fat but nuts would be a great addition too. Great versatile recipe!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped
3/4 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/4 cups skim milk
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Mix wet ingredients.
4. Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.
5. Pour into a square 8 x 8 / 9 x 9 inch baking dish, coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
6. Bake for 40 minutes.
7. Cut into 12 squares.
