Baked Avocado Vinaigrette

It's heresy to post a baked avocado recipe in the middle of summer. But delicious is delicious.
Ingredients:
4 medium avocados, halved
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
3 tbsp tarragon vinegar
3 tbsp finely chopped dill pickle
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Place the avocado halves (seeded) cut side up in a shallow baking pan with some hot water.
2. Bake for 15 minutes at 325.
3. Mix remaining ingredients into a vinaigrette while baking the avocados.
4. Fill each cavity with the vinaigrette and serve.
