Baked Artichoke Spread

Easy and delicious! I like to process everything except for the artichoke hearts first, then I add the artichokes and pulse them briefly for bigger chunks.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cooked artichoke hearts
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and minced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
3. Place in a shallow ceramic baker or a 10 terra-cotta quiche dish.
4. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
5. Serve with tortilla chips, french bread, fresh vegetables or crackers.
