A delicous starter that will make any seafood or cheese lover happy!! My boyfriend always requests this great get-together recipe!!
Ingredients:
2lb cream cheese
1-14 ounce can artichokes hearts (marinated or not your choice) drained
2 cans crab with leg meat drained
shredded cheddar and mozzarella
2 garlic cloves minced
thick bread slices (toasted) for dipping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a microwave & oven safe dish soften cream cheese in microwave
3. While waiting chop artichoke except for two
4. When cream cheese is soft mix in crab meat, garlic, artichokes, and some of the mozzarella and cheddar.
5. Top with remaining shredded cheese and bake!
6. You'll know its done when cheese on top becomes a nice golden brown, top with remaining artichokes for garnish
7. Serve with toasted bread slices and ENJOY!!
