Baked apples stuffed with oats (or muesli) raisins and cranberries
Ingredients:
4 fuji apples
1/4 cup brown sugar, splenda
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup oatmeal
Directions:
1. Core out apples
2. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, cranberries and oats (or Muesli)
3. Loosely fill cored apples with mixture
4. Add water to bottom of pan
5. cover and bake till sugar has liquified and bubbly
