This is very tasty. Great as a side and fabulous over pork loin or pork chops. It's also good with oatmeal in the morning.
Ingredients:
3 apples quartered
2/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Place apples in baking dish then combine honey, water, sugar and cinnamon and pour over apples.
2. Dot with butter.
3. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
