Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine pancake mix, milk, oil and egg in a bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Melt butter in an 8 ovenproof skillet.
  4. Stir in brown sugar and apple slices.
  5. Saute until sugar dissolves.
  6. Pour batter over apple mixture in skillet.
  7. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until bubbles form on top of pancake.
  8. Bake for 12 to 17 minutes OR until golden.
  9. Invert pancake onto serving platter.
  10. Serve with syrup.
