2 small acorn squash, halved and seeded
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Place squash in a baking dish; fill centers with combined remaining ingredients.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 until tender, about 1 hour.
