Ingredients:
1 avocado, peeled, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons roma tomatoes, diced small
1/4-1/2 teaspoon fresh jalapeno, tiny diced (to desired heat)
1 1/4 tablespoons lime juice
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Keep chilled until ready to eat with Whole Grain Melba Snacks
3. For extra zest, add 1/2 teaspoon rough chopped fresh cilantro and 1 Tablespoon minced garlic.
