This is one of my favorite Bailey's Cocktail. Very rich and creamy and goes down real smooth. A favorite among friends.

Ingredients:

2 ounces baileys irish cream

1 ounce parrot bay coconut rum

1 ounce cream, splash half and half

Directions:

1. Combine the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until foamy.
2. Serve in glass with or without ice.
