Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rub breast with sesame oil
  2. Sprinkle with sea salt
  3. Sprinkle with cilantro
  4. Wrap with bacon
  5. Bake at 325 degrees 15 to 20 min or
  6. Until bacon is crispy
  7. Let rest
  8. Dressing
  9. Combine all ingredients excluding oil
  10. Slowly incorporate peanut oil to make dressing
  11. Add chopped greens and toss
  12. Turnout dressed salad
  13. Top with chicken
  14. Finish with liberal amounts of Magic Sauce
