This is a great dip and a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies with adding bacon.
Ingredients:
1/2 tspn of garlic powder
1 dash of black pepper
1 c of sour cream
1 lb of crispy cooked bacon
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1 large diced tomato
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c chopped onions
1/4 c diced green peppes
Directions:
1. Grab your medium mixing bowl and start to blend in all ingredients except for the bacon and tomtato.
2. Take your bacon and tear it into little pieces and add to your mixture.
3. While stirring the mixture add your tomato and blend very well.
4. If you would like a little lettuce go ahead and add to likings.
5. Best if served with wheat thins or town house crackers.
