Bacon Tomato Dill Bread

This can be cooked in the little 4 in clay cooking pots or a small loaf pan. This is a very tasty bread
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
6 strips of crisp crumbled bacon
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato/ seed and drained on paper towel.
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients.
2. Add milk and butter; stir.
3. Add beaten egg, bacon, tomato, and dill; stir again.
4. Do not over mix.
5. Divide mixture if baking in clay flower cooking pots or
6. in small loaf pan.
7. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
