I discovered this recipe while going through some of my recipe books-I thought it sounded really good! :)
Ingredients:
1 package ( 8 rolls ) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
4 slices bacon - cooked, drained and crumbled
1 tbs. dried parsley flakes ( or fresh, if you prefer )
Directions:
1. Prepare pans - Generously grease and flour two 8-inch square baking pans.
2. Separate rolls into 4 rectangles.
3. Press 2 rectangles into bottom and about 1 inch up sides of one of the prepared baking pans.
4. Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over the dough.
5. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk; pour half of the egg and milk mixture over the cheese in baking pan.
6. Sprinkle with half of the bacon and about half of the parsley.
7. Repeat with remaining ingredients in the second prepared pan.
8. Place pans in preheated 425 degree F oven; bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
9. Cool for 5 minutes; cut into small squares.
10. Enjoy! :)
