Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
1 1/2 pound(s) brussels sprouts trimmed, halved through core
3 slice(s) bacon chopped
Directions:
1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 425 degrees. Rub 2 Tbsp butter on baking sheet and spread Brussels spouts, cut side down, in single layer on sheet. Sprinkle with bacon and roast until bacon is done and sprouts are tender and golden brown on cut sides - 22-26 minutes. Transfer to serving bowl and season with S&P
