Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

A tasty pasta salad featuring bacon, tomato and ranch.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
1 box fusilli pasta, cooked al dente
12 strips thick bacon, cooked and chopped
2 cups ranch dressing
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 pound grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesano reggiano
Directions:
1. Blanch beans in salted water for about 7 minutes, or until crisp but tender
2. Shock beans in an ice water bath and set aside
3. Cook pasta to al dente and rinse in cold water until completely cooled and set aside
4. Cook bacon until crisp, drain and coarsely chop
5. Drain beans and pat dry with kitchen towel
6. In a large bowl whisk together ranch, vinegar and pepper
7. Add beans, pasta, bacon, tomatoes, chicken, cheese and toss well
8. Serve at room temperature or chilled
