I got this recipe from a Paula Deen magazine. I just wrote down the ingredients & made it at home. It was a very easy recipe and tasty. Is perfect for lunch, dinner or breakfast!
Ingredients:
4 pieces bread
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons green onions
2 tablespoons parsley
1 avocado
1 tomato
4 slices bacon
Directions:
1. Toast your bread in a toaster.
2. Mix the cream cheese, green onion, and parsley together.
3. Cook the bacon.
4. Fry the eggs (remember to break the yolk).
5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the toast.
6. Slice the tomato and avocado.
7. Layer the tomato, avocado, bacon & egg on the toast.
8. Enjoy :).
