Bacon Egg And Cheese Melt

Just combined everything to have in a sandwich. To avoid using more butter, I toast the bread right before egg was fully cooked. In doing so, I would add cheese to egg after I flip so it can melt then arrange egg, cheese & bacon inside toast.
Ingredients:
2 slices bread
1 egg
2 slices bacon; cooked
1 slice cheese
butter
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook bacon and set aside.
2. Preheat skillet over low/medium heat and add butter until foams (if it doesn’t foam temperature is too low; if it melts without foaming, temperature too high).
3. Add egg and salt & pepper to taste. Scramble egg around until mixed well. Do not mix egg any more, allow to cook on one side until egg starts to get fluffy. Flip egg over and continue to cook until egg is solid.
4. Butter 1 side of each bread.
5. Place egg between unbuttered side of bread, add slice of cheese and bacon.
6. Put on heated skillet and grill until golden on both sides.
