Bacon-Cheddar Cheese Soup

Ingredients:
4 piece(s) bacon
1 onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
chicken broth 14 oz
4 teaspoon(s) flour
2 cup(s) half-and-half
12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain drippings and save. Drain bacon on paper towel. Add onion to bacon fat in saucepan. Cook 3 min. until onion begins to brown. Add mustard, pepper, and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
2. Whisk in flour, add half-n-half, and paprika, stir in cheese until melted. Crumble with reserved bacon when serving.
