Bacon and Potato Scramble

This could be thought of as a one-pot breakfast .
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon, diced
1/2 cup potato, grated
1 tablespoon onion, minced
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Brown the bacon pieces in a skillet.
2. Remove the bacon from the pan using a slotted spoon.
3. Reserve.
4. Add the potatoes and onions to the pan.
5. Brown, stirring frequently.
6. Return the bacon pieces.
7. Add the eggs and scramble with the potatoes.
8. Top with the cheese and cover for 1 minute (or until melted).
9. Serve warm.
