Bacon And Herb Buckwheat Muffins

These are really good. I had a hard time finding the buckwheat flour, but it was worth the wait. These are so light and fluffy. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 cup buckwheat flour
2/3 cup brown rice flour
3//4 cup rice whole grain flakes
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup chopped chives
2 ounces melted margarine
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 and prepare muffin tins.
2. Cook bacon in pan stirring until crisp then drain well on paper towels.
3. Combine bacon with sifted flours and remaining ingredients in bowl then mix well.
4. Spoon into pans and bake for for 20 minutes
