Bacon and Egg Salad

Versatile recipe that can be served alone as a salad, or on a bed of green, or as a sandwich filling. Easy and tasty! Adapted from Ultimate Southern Living cookbook.
Ingredients:
6 large hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped celery
3 green onions, chopped
7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
2. Combine mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients; fold into egg mixture Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
3. Salad can be chilled up to 24 hours; bacon will soften slightly.
4. Serve this as a salad or as a sandwich filling.
