Here is a nice salad you can have for breakfast.
Ingredients:
6 bacon, slices cooked, reserve drippings
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt
pepper
frisee
2 eggs, fried
crouton
Directions:
1. Combine bacon drippings with cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
2. Toss with lettuce.
3. Place egg on lettuce.
4. Top with crumbled bacon and croutons.
