Bacon and Egg Pie

This is a really simple dish. It can be a light supper with a salad or a breakfast dish. It is so yummy but not exactly for the diet conscious.
Ingredients:
1 sheet shortcrust pastry
1 sheet puff pastry
1 large onion, chopped finely
250 g bacon, chopped
9 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Grease a pie dish lightly.
3. Line pie dish with shortcrust pastry.
4. Trim any excess allowing a little overhang.
5. Scatter the onion, bacon over the base.
6. Crack the eggs over the base.
7. Do NOT break the yolks.
8. Pepper generously.
9. Top with puff pastry.
10. Trim excess.
11. Use the scraps to make decorations if you wish.
12. Brush with milk.
13. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
