1/2 oz bacon

7. skinless boneless chicken breast halves - pounded flat
8. 1 oz cream cheese - 30g slice
9. 1 slice bacon
10. Pound the chicken breasts flat. Put 1 oz slice of cream cheese on chicken breast. Roll up the chicken breast and wrap a piece of bacon around it.
11. Bake on 375F-190C for about 45 minutes or until done.
