Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

A side to go with almost everything...well, almost.
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
4 slices bacon, cooked drained and crumbled
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk, half & half or 1/2 cup cream
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and place in large mixing bowl.
2. Add butter and cheese while potatoes are still hot. Add a little milk and start mixer on low. Increase speed and add more milk as needed until potatoes are fluffy and creamy.
3. Fold in bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
