Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup cooked lentils, rinsed (canned)
1/4 cup walnuts
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (simple honey mustard salad dressing or use newman's own lighten up honey mustard dressing)
Directions:
1. Toss together spinach, blueberries, and lentils; top with walnuts and egg slices.
2. Drizzle with dressing.
