This is a very tasty dip that I obtained from a coworker a few years back. He brought this and it was inhaled so now he doubles and triples this recipe. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons spicy mustard
1-1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dried tarragon crushed
3/4 cup baby shrimp
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh tarragon chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Mix mustard, juice, vinegar and tarragon then blend in mayonnaise.
2. Add shrimp then sour cram and blend well.
3. Cover and chill at least one hour before serving.
