Baby Potatoes With Cumin

This is a Rachael Ray recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like an easy side for Southwestern or Middle Eastern dishes.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved, leave 1 1/2 inch potatoes or smaller whole
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin seed
coarse salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Set potatoes on cookie sheet and drizzle with oil. Toss with cumin seeds and roast 20 min, then broil 5 min to brown cut edges.
3. Toss cooked potatoes with salt, and serve.
