This dish is absolute divine, it is perfect for vegetarian or even for a side dish. My husband really loves it!
Ingredients:
500g baby marrow
2 onions
4 tomato's
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the baby marrows in slices.
2. Cook it for 5 minutes in salt water.
3. Drain the baby marrows.
4. Chop the onion and fry it till light.
5. Peel the tomato and cut it in pieces.
6. Add the tomato and baby marrow to the onion.
7. Cook for 10 minutes.
8. Stir occasionally.
9. Dish up and enjoy!
