Ayako's Quinoa Salad

this is great salad for party !
Ingredients:
quinoa 1 cup
shirataki one package
5 tomato
5-6 leaves shiso or basil
1 cup chick peas
1 cup corn
100g green peas
100g green beans
3 tsp shiso dressing or wine vinegar
salt & paper
5 chopped scallions
Directions:
1. Chop shirataki almost same size as quinoa.
2. Boil one cup water cook quinoa and shirataki about 15 minutes.
3. Transfer cooked quinoa shirataki into large boll.
4. And mix with all ingredients.
