Rich in protein from the Greek yogurt. Freeze strawberries first to make it really thick and cold without watering it down with ice!
Ingredients:
6 strawberries, hulled and frozen
1/4 cup greek yogurt, plain
1 banana, peeled
1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
1 teaspoon splenda artificial sweetener, to taste
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.
