Great recipe for summertime.
Ingredients:
3 cups elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1 cup carrot
1 pint cherry tomatoes
3 celery ribs
1 (6 ounce) can shrimp
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon garlic
Directions:
1. Prepare all chunked ingredients. Set aside.
2. In large bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together until smooth.
3. Add chunk ingredients and toss well.
