This is truly a wonderful & easy cake. Serve with my Delicious Mocha Icing . Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup butter (melted) |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 cup warm water |
Directions:
1. For cake mix dry ingredients and sift together.
2. Mix in a bowl with wet ingredients just till blended.
3. Pour into a 8 pan and bake till done approximately 30 minutes at 325°F.
