A Fantasically filling and satisfying pick-me-up! It is easiest to peel the banana and put it in a sandwich bag before freezing it.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk (i use plain soy milk or rice milk)
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top it off with whipped cream for added wow-factor .
