Award Winning Au Gratin Potatoes

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ouzo Estate in Seagoville, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients:
6 cups boiled potatoes diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 tablespoon dry minced onion
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
8 ounce jar processed cheese
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan on medium heat stirring constantly.
3. When smooth and satiny in texture pour over potatoes coating them thoroughly.
4. Divide between 6 individual casseroles or custard cups.
5. Sprinkle top of each lightly with paprika and a bit of dry parsley flakes.
6. Place on a cookie sheet on the center rack of a 325 oven and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
