Yummy! A thumbs up from my partner!!!Another success in the kitchen.....perhaps I'm getting better (or its just luck)?! NOTE: All quantities are approximated!
Ingredients:
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 avocado
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients into small cubes.
2. Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mix together well.
5. Enjoy!
