1. Grill or toast both sides of bread 2. Rub one side of each piece of bread with the cut end of a garlic clove 3. Top each with thin-sliced avocado 4. Sprinkle avocado with olive oil 5. Grind a bit of salt on top 6. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes 7. Serve-as-is for appetizer /or/ top with poached egg for breakfast
