Avocado Smoothies
Ingredients:
3 avocados (over ripe)
3 cups milk
3 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
mint leaf
Directions:
1. 1. Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash it well.
2. 2. Add a cup of water to the mashed avocados and put in the freezer overnight.
3. 3. Blend all of the ingredients together to the consistency of a thick smoothie.
4. 4. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
