An avocado shake starts your day beautifully. It's creamy, sweet, and rich.
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado, skin and pit removed
1 cup lactaid® reduced fat milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Chop avocado coarsely. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend about 1 minute or until smooth. Serve over ice.
