This is a yummy, heart healthy salad dressing. it is great on sandwiches, or as a dip.
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup medium salsa
1/2 cup olive oil
6 tablespoons lemon juice
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons tequila
Directions:
1. Chop the cilantro and garlic. Combine the garlic and cilantro with all other ingredients in food processor. Process until creamy. refrigerate.
