Ingredients:

  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 piece garlic
  • 1 piece chili
  • some coriander
  • salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • 15 ml olive oil

Directions:

  1. Peel the tomato after fast blanching in boiling water.
  2. Take out the seed.
  3. Mixed all other ingredient to taste.
  4. Keep cold for half an hour before serve.
