Avocado Ranch Dressing

Healthy alternative to mayonnaise based salad dressing. This a very versatile and basic recipe.
Ingredients:
1 avocado, roughly chopped
1/4 cup non-dairy milk (use more for a thinner dressing, less if you like it thicker)
1- 2 cloves garlic, diced
2 or more tsp dried dill
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Puree everything together. A hand blender works perfectly, as does a food processor. I don't recommend a blender. You'd have a very hard time getting the dressing out!!!
