This twist on salsa courtesy of Whole Foods and Chile Pepper Magazine. Great with chips or on grilled fish.
Ingredients:
8 tomatillos, chopped
2 jalapenos, seeded
1 lime, juice of
1 orange, juice of
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons ice water
2 avocados
Directions:
1. Puree first 7 ingredients.
2. Dice avocados into 1/2 cubes and add to sauce.
