Always looking for a quick healthy pick-me-up for lunch after working on my art. This light combo choice of ingredients for my 'A' blood type keeps me relaxed and energetic at the same time. Hope you like it too :)
Ingredients:
2 slices spelt wholemead bread
1 tablespoon soy sour cream spread
1/2 avocado chunks or sliced to spread
1 tablespoon mixed crushed nuts
2 young parsley sprigs segmented
sprinkle of oidised salt
bread can be fresh or toasted.
Directions:
