Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon rice milk or 1 tablespoon oat milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. mash avocado.
2. stir in with other ingredients.
3. or.
4. use food processor.
5. add dash of hot sauce if desired and paprika and salt are to taste - not always 1/4 teaspoons.
6. makes 1/2 cup.
