Make your own Tarragon Vinegar to use in this recipe. From Sam Choy's Polynesian Kitchen
Ingredients:
1/4 cup avocado, pulp
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chicken broth or 1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
salt
white pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. Put first 7 ingredients inot a food processor, blending until smooth.
2. Add cream and blend to mix.
3. Chill.
4. Use within 2 days.
