3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 shallot, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 avocados, diced
1 1/2 cups jicama, cubed
1/2 cup mango, cubed
1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
salt
Directions:
1. Whisk vegetable oil, lime juice, orange juice, and minced shallot with salt in a bowl.
2. Add avocados, jicama, mango, pineapple, and cilantro.
3. Gently toss and season with salt.
